You are invited to a Pendry for Sheriff Rally and fundraiser at North Wilkes Middle School cafeteria on Saturday afternoon September 11th from 4-7 pm. We will be serving free "Cheatwood BBQ" prepared by Joe Ikall. Live music will be provided and we will have an Old-Fashion Cake Auction. If you can donate a cake for the auction, please call Larry at 667-4968 or David at 667-7466. Everyone invited to come on out and meet David and other candidates September 11th starting at 4:00 pm.

Wilkes County Democratic Women Meetings: 3rd Thursdays. On September 16th,
we will meet at 5:30 pm at headquarters (behind Rite Aid Pharmacy near Wilkes Regional Medical Center) to carpool to the Elkin Recreation Center on hwy 268 and join Surry Democratic Women for a pot luck picnic. Bring dish to share, and encourage others to join us.
